Of course not the price in Singapore. However the prices of iPhones in Singapore have dropped since Apple announced the new 3GS iPhones.

$99 is the price in USA I believe. Having said that, the prices of iphones have been dropping since the launch of 2G iPhones.
The prices for 3G iPhones have dropped quite a bit since the launch of iPhone 3GS by SingTel in Singapore.
